Yoga Journey

With the growing access and awareness to wellbeing and yoga programs in our Deaf community, there is a gap of accessible yoga teacher training and Deaf qualified yoga teachers. We would love to see more Deaf yoga teachers  and yes, we need more Deaf yoga teachers. This is a mentoring program for yoginis wanting to learn more about yoga, considering becoming a yoga teacher or want to strengthen own yoga practice. This is delivered with onsite weekend retreats and monthly ZOOM sessions.  The Auslansoulyogajourney is a lovely group of yoginis ( people who want to know more about yoga) and some are studying online yoga teacher training.
If you are interested to learn more about yoga, wanting to understand the philosophy of yoga, or develop a yoga practice – you are welcome to join us. We meet on ZOOM for an hour on a monthly basis and participate for weekend intensives in Melbourne.  There are discussions to hold intensives in other places pending on everyone’s locality and preferences.  For more information, please email or sms me and ill provide you the updates.
